Established in 1918, The Frederick County Dental Society (FCDS) is an integral partner in the American
Dental Association’s Tripartite system. The Frederick County Dental Society functions at the county
level to continue the missions of the American Dental Association and the Maryland State Dental
Association. Membership is available to dentists residing or practicing in Frederick County, Maryland.
It is the mission of the Society to promote the interests of the dental profession, cultivate
relationships between members, maintain a solid standing with the parent societies, and to educate
the greater community on the importance of dental health. Frederick County Dental Society has a
robust continuing education program taught by leading experts in the field of dentistry. Programs
and lecture topics are selected to provide our members with the cutting-edge knowledge necessary
to foster the growth of their practices and meet the demanding clinical needs of the community they
serve. The Society boasts an active membership of more than 100 dentists.
