Hybrid-Zirconia Screw-Retained Implant Crown
Advantages
- The Implant crown is easily detachable.
- Easy maintenance and repair are possible by detaching.
- Can be utilized when there is limited inter-occlusal space.

- Porcelain does not delaminate (monolithic zirconia Screw-retained Implant crown).
Disadvantages
- Occlusal contact points need to be made by avoiding the hole.
- May not be able to make ideal contact points.
- Adjusting proximal contacts is difficult.
- Difficult to make broad proximal contacts.
- May detach from TI base depending on how the cement was handled.
