He holds a dental technology degree and has an impressive total experience of over 22 years. While working as a milling center manager, he has designed and QC’d various cases, gaining extensive knowledge in All-on-X and implant procedures.
With this experience, he has worked on the digitalization process from All-on-X surgical guide designs to zirconia final prosthetics. Currently, he is specializing in fully digital workflows for All-on-X cases and is an advanced Exocad designer, also providing chairside support.
He possesses rich experience and exceptional skills, has a deep understanding of digital cases, and can create any type of prosthesis or appliance using Exocad. He is also actively involved in modern R&D projects, integrating new technologies to expand the scope of digital workflows.

I earned a four-year degree in Business Administration in South Korea and began my career in the dental laboratory industry, where I gained over five years of professional experience before joining Infinia. During my time in the industry, I developed a strong understanding of dental laboratory workflows, case coordination, and the needs of dental professionals.
At Infinia, I initially served as a Technical Advisor, working closely with dentists, dental teams, and laboratory technicians to support cases and address technical challenges. Today, as an Account Manager, I focus on building long-term relationships with dental practices, supporting new doctor onboarding, coordinating complex cases, and creating clear communication between the dental office and the laboratory.
My technical background allows me to understand the details behind each case, while my business background helps me approach every doctor relationship with a strong focus on communication, service, and partnership.
I believe the best doctor-lab relationships are built on trust, consistency, and open communication. My goal is to make every interaction with Infinia seamless and provide each practice with the personalized support they need to deliver exceptional results for their patients.
We only hire technicians that have at least 7 years of experience, and they must either be licensed or have a degree in dental technology. We believe that it’s very important for us to have a team of proficient and experienced technicians in order for us to provide quality work.
